I’m a Product Design Director leading design teams through ambiguity—helping them make sharper decisions, do better work, and build products that matter at global scale.
I build and grow high-performing design teams, give design a meaningful voice in product strategy, and stay close enough to the work to know the difference between “good” and “great”. My approach combines strong taste, strategic clarity, and the conviction to make decisions when the path isn’t obvious.
I’m currently a Product Design Director at Venmo, where I lead teams shaping the future of how people move and manage money. Previously, I led design across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp at Meta, and advised Fortune 500 companies through a Microsoft–Accenture joint venture. Across social, fintech, healthcare, travel, and retail, I’ve worked on products that move billions of dollars and operate at global scale.
I’m also a certified Design Thinking Facilitator, which means I care deeply about the conditions behind great work: sharper questions, stronger collaboration, and teams equipped to make confident decisions without waiting for permission.
